| SPRING:
The system will be activated. All heads will be adjusted for
proper coverage. |
Once
a month the system will be monitored for the following:

•
Ensure mainline valves and gaskets are in good condition.
• Risers are all in place and no broken units.
• Self-leveler risers are operating freely and are
properly aligned.
• Sprinkler heads are operating properly and no
plugged nozzles.
• Sprinkler nozzles properly sized and not worn.
• Sprinkler heads rotate smoothly and freely.
• Sprinkler head base gaskets are in good condition.
• Pressure at sprinkler is appropriate and visual
inspection of each sprinkler indicates uniform application
pattern.
• Visually inspect irrigation clock for correct
time and any visual defects.
• Program the clock according to any seasonal needs. |

The entire system will be turned off and winterized in October. |
